What kind of things can you discuss?

We welcome not only bug reports and feature requests, but also questions about how to use it and comments after using it. It's okay if you think, "I might not be able to explain it well." Please tell us in your own words what you have noticed in your daily writing. We also accept inquiries about interviews and collaborations via email.

Where can I contact you?

For quick questions or conversations with other users, join us on Discord or Illusions Community. You can also share feedback or ask questions on X. For longer inquiries, private matters, or press requests, please email us. Choose whichever channel works best for you.

What should I say when reporting a bug?

Please tell me what you tried to do and what happened. The version of your OS and illusions, the steps leading up to the problem, and the error message you received will help you find the cause. Screenshots are helpful, but you don't need to have them all. First of all, please let us know as much as possible.

Can I send in a feature idea even if it's not finalized yet?

Of course. Even "I'm stuck in this situation," or "This is how I work around it," is a real hint. If you can, tell us what you are writing, and what would help. We cannot promise every wish, but we will keep it in mind as the work goes on.

The same question or report may already exist.

If you have time, please take a look at the community posts and announcements. You may find an answer to the same question or information about the problem. If you cannot find it or are unsure whether the same applies to your case, please feel free to contact us. Even if the problem is the same, different usage environments may lead to new clues.

Is it okay to send manuscripts and screenshots?

Before sharing screenshots or files, make sure they don't contain unpublished manuscripts, your name, email address, or other information you don't want made public. If possible, it would be helpful if you could use a short sample sentence to explain the problem. Do not send sensitive information such as passwords, API keys, or authentication tokens to any contact.

How soon will I receive a reply?

Because we have a small development team, we typically respond within 3-5 business days. If we need to investigate or there are multiple inquiries, it may take us a little longer. If you do not see an email reply, please also check your spam folder. We may also respond directly to a team member's email address.

Can the community participate without asking questions?

Of course. You are welcome to just read other people's posts and look for tips on how to use it. Please let us know about the works you write, the features you like, and even the little discoveries you make every day. I would be happy if we could create a comfortable place together while valuing each other's creativity and ways of thinking.

Is there anything else you can do to help illusions?

Your continued use of our product and your feedback will give us the strength to continue development. If you like it, we encourage you to introduce it to your friends and share the news. I would be happy if you could get involved at your own pace, within reason.
